Article 1 - Definitions of terms used in the Privacy Policy

We refer to the following:
 
‘Personal Data’: refers to "all information relating to a physical person, identified or identifiable, directly or indirectly, by reference to an identification number or to several elements that are unique to them" in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978.
 
‘Site’ or ‘Service’: the site http://www.sharing-boutique.com and its pages.
 
‘Publisher’: legal or natural person responsible for the publishing and content of the Site of the company SHARING SAS.
 
‘User’: the internet user visiting and using the Services of the Site.

Article 2 - Introduction and role of the Privacy Policy

The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you of the Site's commitments with respect to your privacy and the protection of Personal Data on you that is collected and processed when you use the service.
By registering on the Site, you agree to provide us with real information about yourself. The communication of false information is contrary to the General Conditions featured on the Site.
You can at any time make a request to SHARING SAS to find out the information held on you by SHARING SAS, to object to its processing or to have it changed or deleted, by contacting the Publication Director at contact@sharing-boutique.com.

Article 3 - Data collected on the Site

The Data collected and subsequently processed by the Site is that which you voluntarily pass to us by filling out the various forms present within the Site. For certain operations, you may be required to send your Data to third party partners via their own services, more specifically for any payments that you may make. We do not manage this data and its collection and processing is governed by the conditions specific to these parties. We recommend that you consult their conditions before communicating your Data in this way.
Your IP address (numerical label assigned to your device that is using the Internet Protocol) is collected automatically. You are informed that the service is likely to implement an automatic tracking process (Cookie), which you can prevent by changing the relevant parameters of your internet browser, as explained in the General Conditions of this Site.
Contact details of Site Users who have registered on this site will be retained in compliance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978. In accordance with the latter, they have the right to access, withdraw, change or rectify the Data they have provided. The collection of Users' Personal Data by the Publisher is declared to the French Personal Data Protection Authority (Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés - CNIL) under the number 2088822 v 0.

Article 4 - Purposes of the Data collected

Data identified as being compulsory on the forms on the Site is necessary in order to be able to benefit from the corresponding functionalities of the Site, and more specifically from the operations on the content offered within it.
The Site collects and processes User Data to send emails, business proposals, newsletters, to perform traffic statistics and to process orders on the Site.

Article 5 - Recipients and use of the Data collected

Data collected by us is processed for the purposes of fulfilment of the operations on the content of the Service.

Article 6 - Data security

You are informed that your data may be disclosed if we are compelled by law, a regulation or by decision of a competent regulatory or judicial authority, or, if necessary, for purposes of the Publisher, to preserve his rights and interests.

Article 7 - Data retention period

Data is stored with the site host, whose contact details appear in the legal notices on the Site, and is kept for the duration strictly necessary for the achievement of the purposes referred to above. Beyond this period, they will be kept for exclusively statistical purposes and will not give rise to use of any kind whatsoever.
